REED Recruitment (Accountancy and Finance) are working on an exclusive basis with a well respected Distribution Company to recruit an Accounts Trainee who has either started studying towards AAT or looking to start a career in Accountancy (and progress via an apprenticeship route). Accounts Trainee

Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience 

Full Time / 4 days a week via apprenticeship route 

Based near Verwood 

ROLE

• Raising, distributing & factoring sales invoices for PBW/TLT on Pallet Network Platforms as well as Sage 50 Accounts
• Data entry
• Reconciling Customer/Supplier Accounts
• Credit Control
• Bank Rec and Petty Cash
• Assisting with the Month End Accounts
• General Administration

Reception:

• Ensure that all visitors sign in, complete the Health Declaration & comply with the company’s Covid-19 policy
• All companies working on the premises the must complete a Work Permit
• Supply all visitors with High Vis vests
