The Role:

As an Assistant/Trainee Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our finance team, gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive training. We’ll support your growth every step of the way, including study support for ACCA or CIMA qualifications. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Credit Control: Ensure sales invoices are processed and paid on time.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank and month-end reconciliations, and prepare essential reports.
• Analysis: Assist with rebate calculations, sales analysis, and ad hoc tasks.
• Relationship Building: Forge strong connections internally and with key customers.
• Outstanding Service: Deliver top-notch service within the accountancy team and support head office functions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A-level or equivalent (Degree holders can start ACCA without AAT).
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and efficient work habits.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and excellent at time management.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Experience: Applicants qualified by experience are welcome, with no obligation for further qualifications.
