Ad Hoc Admin Assistant for Nursery's and Schools

About Us:We are passionate about providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for children to grow, learn, and play. We are looking for a proactive and organized Ad Hoc Admin Assistant to support our team with general administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Support with updating and maintaining children's records.
- Help with the preparation of newsletters, notices, and communication to parents.
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Support the team with general office duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable, preferably in a childcare or education setting, but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Experience, Training and Qualifications
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working with children
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
