We are supporting a leading UK distributor/retail based in Thirsk who are seeking a permanent Sales Administrator to join their team!

Position: Sales Administrator

Location: Thirsk

Salary: £26,000 per annum (with potential for a higher salary based on performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Updating pricing
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Answering phones
  • Processing sales orders
  • Updating order books
  • Coordinating with the sales team
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
