UK Admin & PMO Support (Hybrid role with visits Farnborough Office)

£40,000 per annum plus benefits

rpc are currently recruiting for a UK Admin & PMO Support. This is an exciting and unmissable opportunity to be an integral part of the UK team for this vibrant and ambitious provider of consulting, coaching and training in the sphere of omni-channel presence for retailer focused companies- helping them shape their presence across the physical and digital world in order to create a consistent retail experience.

The overall purpose of the role will be to help support the client deliver the best in retailer management systems to its network.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as diary keeper by organising business meetings and operate as note taker.
  • Create, monitor and maintain business task records in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Create and publish retailer communications, guides and processes by email, webinar, Retailer Hub etc.
  • Be first point of contact for incoming and outgoing Retailer and Supplier correspondence.
  • General Supplier/Retailer case management coordination; ensuring all issues are understood by relevant parties, timelines agreed, resolution reached, and escalations carried out where necessary.
  • Support Network Performance team in all general administrative support areas.

Essentials

  • 4+ Years of business experience.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and external businesses.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • English (native level C2).
  • Experience of providing administrative support to multiple team members for numerous overlapping projects.
  • Experience in the writing of guides and processes.

Desirables

  • Automotive experience would be advantageous, especially in systems and process admin/management.
