In this exciting new role, you will be working together with the Head of Department in providing administration overview for the Employment deparment. This will include providing guidance to support staff members and overseeing the administration function to ensure that all administrative processes and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with exceptional attention to detail. They should demonstrate effective organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to tasks. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. You will be required to have a full and thorough understanding of department processes and identify improvements to eradicate inefficiencies.
