Administration AssistantTelfordMonday - Friday 0800-1700Up to £13.50 per hour Working for a small but extremely ambitious and hard-working company who have clients across a multitude of sectors, you will be part of their succession plan in their accounts department. Job role / duties •Data entry of invoices, orders and other relevant information on to a Sage based system•Collating and checking information in order to submit to system•Answer phones, take messages and ensure customer & suppliers are speaking to the right person in the business•Working on both sales & purchase •Ensuring reception is covered professionally and that guests and visitors are looked afterTo be considered for this role you MUST•Have excellent written & verbal communication skills•Have use Sage 50 software and ideally have book keeping experience•Be computer literate in general (Office 365) •Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude•Be numerate & literate This role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity Our process is barrier free and we will ensure you are carefully considered for the role you have applied for.
