We’re looking for an Admin Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment to join us. At MHA, you’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference.

  • Creation of client engagement letters, ensuring these are updated, approved by Partner and issued to clients within a timely manor
  • Supporting the team with Anti Money Laundering regulatory requirement
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Obtaining ID documentation and running necessary verification checks
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Filing and archiving
  • Meeting and greeting clients and office visitors
  • Facilitating office and kitchen supplies
  • Assisting PA with facilitating meetings
  • General office duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise discretion
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Capability to prioritise and work with flexibility
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Typing and Word processing skills
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
