Administrative Assistant
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum
I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant with strong attention to detail skills to join a successful and growing manufacturing company to provide administrative support to the International VP, Director team, and Executive Support Manager. This position would suit someone with a strong administration background, with good excel skills and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the International VP with ad-hoc administrative duties, including the use of spreadsheets and internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the International Director team (Sales, Operations, Technical, and Finance), including the preparation of letters, reports, expenses, and general tasks.
- Support the International Executive Support Manager with administrative duties, such as document preparation, letter drafting, report generation, and coordination of events and exhibitions as and when required
- Perform HR tasks, including monitoring, processing, and record-keeping of holiday and sickness records, as well as collating new starter packs and relevant employee paperwork using the companies HR software
- Assist with Learning & Development activities, including updating product training guides, distributing surveys, and collating results ensuring these are all filed correctly
- Support IT provision by controlling inventory, updating the database of IT equipment, and managing replacements
- Assist with additional adhoc projects as and when required for the International Executive Support Manager.
