Job Description :

This is an administration role for a small, established company with a good reputation. The job will suit someone who enjoys working in a small team, and can take ownership of a wide variety of Administration tasks.

The Role

This is a busy role, some of the tasks are as follows:

  • Sending and receiving invoices
  • Receiving calls into the office from customers and suppliers and dealing with their queries
  • Keeping personnel records up to date
  • Organising various health and safety and audit administration
  • Dealing with various office management tasks, such as office facilities and insurance

The ideal candidate

Your character will be organised with a high attention to detail and high standards. You will 'care’ about what you do, and 'own’ your tasks, as you would expect when working with a small business. The office is down to earth and the team is great.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Benefits include free on-site parking and an annual bonus.
