We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team at a leading repairs and maintenance company. This role is integral to our commitment to providing comprehensive professional services to our clients. Day to Day of the Role:
- Perform general administration duties and input data onto our bespoke job system.
- Collate and complete out-of-hours orders from the previous night.
- Enter codes for job completions and assist with the completion of work orders.
- Manage and update spreadsheets related to the backlog of orders.
- Run reports and chase up job write-ups to enable job completions.
- Prepare jobs for invoicing by checking all relevant paperwork, photos, etc.
- Rebook orders and arrange materials as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role and industry is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to resolve issues with limited supervision.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
