Sales Administrator

- Job Type: Temporary (4-6 months with the possibility of permanent placement)
I am currently seeking a Sales Administrator for a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, on behalf of my client based just outside of Sutton. The ideal candidate will have some experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales environment, and must be available to start immediately.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate with clients and address any issues promptly.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
- Manage and organise sales-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Some experience in a sales administration role.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
