We are seeking a Temporary Support Assistant to help during an office move. The role involves organising documents to be either shredded or scanned for head office, among other administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone who can handle document management efficiently and assist in coordinating with external services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Separate documents to be shredded or scanned in preparation for head office requirements.
- Liaise with the shredding company to arrange for document collection.
- Sort documents accordingly and ensure they are organised for easy access and processing.
- Support the finance manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain communication with head office to ensure all document handling is compliant with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or document handling.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for liaising with external companies and internal departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in handling confidential or sensitive information is preferred.
