Reed Business Support are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee our clients' administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, target-driven individual with a disciplined work ethic and a proven track record in team leadership and quality assurance.Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Diary management, booking travel and accommodation.
- Ensure all stationary is ordered and keep a track on office expenses.
- Produce detailed reports and identify areas for improvement for senior management.
- Coordinate training strategies to develop a successful administrative team.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site visitors.
- Prepare documentation for internal audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated team leadership and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong background in administration and customer relationship building.
- Excellent organisational skills and networking capabilities.
