Join a prestigious commercial and private client law practice, as a full-time Administrative Assistant. This role is integral to our busy Operations Team, supporting a diverse range of administrative tasks. Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Front of House Duties: Manage visitor reception, handle posts, emails, and deliveries, and maintain security procedures such as guest passes and visitor logs.
- Administrative Support: Assist in ID documentation, manage email inboxes, update telephone lists, and handle general queries.
- Document Management: Support with archiving, deeds, wills, and file management, including electronic scanning and maintaining accurate records.
- General Office Management: Oversee photocopying, printing, stationery supplies, and maintain office organization. Assist with event preparations and manage canteen requirements.
- Technical and Facilities Support: Provide backup for technical issues and manage facilities-related tasks across multiple locations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a law firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
