Administrative Project Manager - A.I. Focus

This role involves managing the critical project of transferring lessons onto an AI-assisted database, starting from scratch and aiming for completion by the beginning of the academic year 2025-2026. This position offers a clear path for career progression, potentially leading to a Director of Studies role upon successful project completion.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the development and implementation of an AI-assisted database for educational content.
- Work closely with IT programmers and senior tutors to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.
- Independently set goals and objectives to meet project milestones on time.
- Maintain continuous liaison with various stakeholders to ensure all needs are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
- Ensure the project adheres to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: A-levels, higher qualifications preferred.
- Experience with A-level and GCSE syllabuses and familiarity with examination board websites and data usage.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with IT staff and senior educational personnel.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
