Our client, a well-established organisation based in Glasgow, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and the rest remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and general office duties.
- Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate and organised databases and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
