Our client is a corporate company looking to hire an Administrator to provide extra office administration support to members of their office, for an 8-week contract.
Candidates applying must be able to start work immediately!
Salary equivalent £21,000 - £23,00 pro rata
Working in the office - Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Administrator duties include:
- Copying, printing and scanning.
- Dealing with both incoming and outgoing post including booking courier and special post/delivery.
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assisting with the administration process for the firm’s new client onboarding.
- Updating the database with client information.
- Assisting with the organisation of events for both internal and external events and any related administrative tasks.
- Providing administration support to staff members.
- Preparing meeting rooms for meetings with equipment and stationery and clearing the meeting room away after each meeting.
- Meeting and greeting external visitors/clients.
- Preparing and submitting expense claim forms for fee-earners, if requested.
Administrator profile:
- Have previous office experience e.g. as an Administrator, Office Assistant etc.
- Be able to start work immediately.
- Be able to commit to an 8-week contract or longer if needed.
- Have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and prioritising skills.
- Be a great team player with a positive, helpful approach to your duties.
- Be happy to do repetitive administration tasks.
- Have excellent communication skills, confident liaising at all levels of the business.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
