Our client is an independent market leader with property interests around the UK.
They are looking to recruit a new member for their office-based team.
What you will be doing:
- Managing maintenance tasks for properties
- Regular liaison with Tenants, Landlords and Suppliers
- Managing utilities including price reviews and credit reclaims
- Working with the Finance Team on payment of invoices
- Office - Management of supplies / General administration
- Booking travel / accommodation / diary management
What you need to bring:
