An established education consultancy has an opening for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless administrative support.
- Salary: Up to £25,000
- 35 hours - Hybrid/benefits
Administrator responsibilities:
- Supporting the business with collation of documents from off-site teams
- Typing and formatting reports and documents ready for sign off
- Checking and uploading documentation for client reports
- Carrying out document control duties including electronic filing
- Monitoring the inbox and forwarding to correct team/department
- Organising weekly meetings and compiling relevant paperwork
- Following procedures and adhering to confidentiality
Administrator skills/competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
