- 3 month interim position
- Location Birmingham/Solihull
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working
- To start end of September 2024
- Pay rate between £14.53 - £16.50 per hour DOE
This role is working with the NHS, ideally you will have previous experience within the NHS to apply for the role or dealing with DOLS?
Working for a busy team supporting with admin tasks.
Skills required:-
- MS office Proficient , to include all applications
- Minute taking
- Scrutinising referrals
- Uploading relevant case records to the system
- Set up electronic records
- Dealing with legislation documents and being the first point of contact for the team
- Report writing
- Statistical reports
- Arranging appointments with relevant teams
- Setting up and maintaining the systems
- Accurate logging of patients details onto the system
- Ability to deal with sensitive data
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
