Administrator

  • 3 month interim position
  • Location Birmingham/Solihull
  • 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working
  • To start end of September 2024
  • Pay rate between £14.53 - £16.50 per hour DOE

This role is working with the NHS, ideally you will have previous experience within the NHS to apply for the role or dealing with DOLS?

Working for a busy team supporting with admin tasks.

Skills required:-

  • MS office Proficient , to include all applications
  • Minute taking
  • Scrutinising referrals
  • Uploading relevant case records to the system
  • Set up electronic records
  • Dealing with legislation documents and being the first point of contact for the team
  • Report writing
  • Statistical reports
  • Arranging appointments with relevant teams
  • Setting up and maintaining the systems
  • Accurate logging of patients details onto the system
  • Ability to deal with sensitive data
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Salary : 14.53 - 16.5
