We are working with Oldham Council to find a Contracts and Compliance Administrator on a temporary basis. Hourly Rate: £12.83Location: Oldham (Hybrid working)Job Type: Full-timeLength of role: Initial 3 monthsWe are seeking a diligent Contracts and Compliance Administrator to support our Procurement team.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Onboard new suppliers and conduct due diligence for supplier changes.- Maintain the team’s live contracts register accurately.- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills.- Manage busy team inboxes and ensure timely responses.- Perform administrative duties to support the Head of Procurement and Category team.- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring initiative and the ability to think on your feet. Required Skills & Qualifications:- Familiarity with P2P or finance payment systems, such as Agresso, is highly beneficial.- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced team workload.- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.- Good initiative and problem-solving abilities.
