Job Description :

Due to company growth, a busy, friendly team have an opening for an office Administrator to help support with the day to day office admin duties.

This role is for an immediate starter.

Salary: £13 - £14phr

Responsibilities

  • General office administration duties including document control and data entry
  • Receiving client requests and preparing work orders
  • Liaising with the wider team cross checking clients’ details and requests
  • Inbox management

Skills/Competencies

  • Great attention to detail and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency within Microsoft packages including Word and Excel

Salary : 13 - 14
