Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and manage purchase orders and invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in the completion of audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is provided promptly.
  • Produce clear and concise reports to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Manage inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Support the team during periods of absence or holidays, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Assist with organising events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Keep up to date with policies and new developments in the industry, sharing relevant information with the team.
  • Work towards individual targets and objectives, continuously striving for excellence.
  • Take on ad hoc administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of general office operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and the willingness to take on new challenges.
