Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a company that would like to bring in an Administrator into their busy Nuneaton based site. This role is temp-perm Monday- Friday working 09:00AM - 17:00PM. Our client is looking for a candidate that is warm, friendly and has a desire to provide a flawless customer experience.

So what would I be doing?

  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers via phone, webchat and email
  • Working closely with IT to optimise automation
  • Working closely with the management team to streamline and improve training plans and processes
  • Processing returns and refunds for customers
  • Additional admin support duties

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • CRM knowledge and experience is desirable.
