Job Opportunity: Business Support AdministratorAre you an experienced office professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support Housing Services? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our busy administration team, specialising in Universal Credit work.Role Overview:Position: Grade 4 AdministratorTeam: Housing Services - Universal Credit workHours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Monday to Thursday: 7.25 hours per day (08:30-12:00; 13:05-17:00)Friday: 6.20 hours (08:30-12:00; 13:05-15:55)Hourly Rate: £12.81 per hourLocation: Edinburgh City CentreKey Responsibilities:
  • High-accuracy data input and administrative support.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Working collaboratively with the team and maintaining effective written and telephone communication.
What We're Looking For:
  • Office experience: Prior administrative experience in a busy office setting.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Team player: Works well both independently and as part of a team.
