Administrator

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37 hours per week)
We are seeking an immediately available Administrator to join a office team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry and administrative skills,
Day-to-day of the role:
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the insurance claims processes
- Attend meetings for minutes (possibly some out of hours) 7pm/8pm
- Handle administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
