We have a fantastic Administration position within this fast-growing, specialist environmental services company. They are leaders in their field, modern, dynamic, and passionate about what they do!About the Role:As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting their Service engineers, managing service contracts, and helping deliver top-notch client service. Day to day will involve:

• Liaising with site Engineers to gather survey notes, test data, and photos
• Creating detailed client reports using MS Word & Excel, ensuring compliance with industry standards 
• Updating the CRM system with client information
• Issuing invoices to clients for completed jobs
• Handling client queries

Full training is provided, including the chance to visit sites and see how their Engineers work in the field.The ideal Administrator:

• An experienced administrator or a recent graduate
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and great with people
• Ready to learn and grow within a dynamic company
