Salary: £27,000 - £37,000 DOE

Robert half is working with a prestigious recruitment company based London. Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their London team. If you're great at multitasking, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of calls on the UK switchboard and direct inquiries promptly.
• Run and manage Software reports (credit checks, data cleansing, etc).
• Handle marketing consent unsubscribe requests, scam responses.
• Support office management, events coordination, and branch leadership with administrative tasks.
• Provide IT support, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.

• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to manage IT systems and provide basic tech support.
