Administrator Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the achievements department, effectively handling all queries in a timely and professional manner
- Process event bookings and issue badges and tickets to delegates before events and awards ceremonies
- Support the awards assessment process by allocating assessment work, coordinating meetings, and collating award entries
- Arrange the delivery of awards, merchandise and event supplies and maintain all resources and events
- Attend events and award ceremonies, offering hands-on support alongside the Event Manager
- Provide excellent administration support across the department, maintain accurate records, and ensure all data is held in line with GDPR
Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Previous administration experience, gained in a fast-paced and changeable environment
- Strong administrator who demonstrates resilience and ability to adapt
- Possesses GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office packages, with strong Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate clearly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and targets
