Job Description :

Key Requirements:

  • Provide specific technical and administrative support to other teams ? including H&S, projects and commercial
  • Monitor the reception phone line and receive visitors to the building 
  • Provide refreshments as required
  • Day to day management of all incoming / outgoing post, stamp and distribute as agreed methods for each office, and associated tasks
  • Meeting rooms booking and ensure tidiness of the meeting rooms 
  • Arrange lunches and refreshments as directed
  • Ensure reception is clean and tidy at all times
  • Adhoc tasks as required
  • Provide administrative support to line manager and others as and when necessary
  • Compile operation and maintenance manuals
  • Compile and distribute to sites health and safety files
  • Order stationary for the Swindon office

Qualifications

  • GCSE grades A ? C or equivalent, or previous experience in a similar environment
  • Good IT skills to include MS Office suite

  • Used to working in a busy environment
  • Used to working as part of a team and contributing to the spirit of the working environment
  • Used to working flexible hours
  • Accustomed to a varied and challenging workload
