Administrator
- Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
- Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
- Job Type: Fixed-term contract (9 months, likely to be extended to 12 months)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week (core hours 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in managing logistics, handling timesheets, and booking necessary appointments and passes. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires a candidate who can handle a high volume of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing temporary budget logistics for various projects.
- Handling weekly timesheets for all personnel on site.
- Booking inductions and arranging visitor passes as needed.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Quickly adapting to and confidently using a new timesheet system.
- Ensuring time management and accuracy in completing a high volume of timesheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full driving licence, due to rural location
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of administrative work accurately.
- Confidence in learning and using new software systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
