Are you experienced or interested in procurement, purchasing, and general business operations?

My client based in Helmsley is searching for a strong and technically minded Administrator with previous experience in purchasing or a desire to develop their skill set in this field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sourcing a range of materials.
  • Procurement Processes: Oversee documentation, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, finance, and workshop teams to streamline project delivery.
  • Project Oversight: Organise and track project components to ensure they meet timelines and stay within budget constraints.
  • Health & Safety: Support health & safety protocols related to material procurement.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
