THE LOCATION: Harefield/ Northwood (Must be a car driver to get to this location)The Role:Administrator - urgent temporary position with immediate start - 3 to 6 month plus......Must be able to start work at 7.30/8am.Full Training will be provided , would require an experienced administrator looking to work in a busy role.

Duties will include :

  • Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring time-lines are met
  • Answer initial hire queries and escalate to relevant area of the organisation if required
  • Route planning
  • Undertake general office administration duties

* Previous experience is essential and tthe capability of working in a fast paced environment

* Good communicator - ability to build relationships and deal with incoming/outgoing calls

* Good knowledge of MS Office

In addition

* MUST be a car driver to be able to get to this location

* MUST be available immediately and commit to a temporary role - which may extend

* Must be available to start working ASAP
