Administrator Looking for a fast-paced role where you can balance client-facing duties with administrative tasks? We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while excelling in a dynamic environment.

Location: Redhill, SurreyHours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 17:00*Must be a car driver due to location*

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, handling queries, updates, and concerns.
  • Maintain client records and ensure smooth communication with internal teams.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and reports efficiently.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
  • Ensure high-quality client interactions and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and office software.
  • Previous client services or admin experience.
