- Booking in fire door surveys with residents
- Assisting and supporting the team through client communication on queries
- Speak with clients and residents daily
- Review and report on an in-house efficiency tracker
Essential Skills for an Administrator
- Full UK driving License due to location of the company
- Previous customer service or administrator experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and resilient
- Attention to detail, accurate when checking and processing information
