Role – Administrator

Salary - £24,000-£26,000 (Plus excellent benefits)

Location – Manchester City Centre

Hours – 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join the dynamic team as a Pension Administrator. This role is pivotal in providing essential administrative support to the Financial Advisory team, contributing to the efficient and seamless operation of their financial services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Client Management:

  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Manage client records accurately and confidentially.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist financial advisors in the preparation and processing of client documentation.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are executed promptly and in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our systems.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Engage in communication with pension providers to obtain requested policy information for mutual clients. This involves professionally liaising with relevant contacts at the pension companies, clearly articulating the nature of the information required, and ensuring compliance with all necessary protocols.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
  • Assist in ensuring all activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Provide support to colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
