As our EHW Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our health and wellbeing initiatives run smoothly, providing key administrative support that keeps our health surveillance programs and wellness activities organised and accessible. It goes without saying that confidentiality is crucial in this role, so you’re likely to have experience in a similar confidential role environment.

What will you be doing?
Administrative Support: Coordinate health review and health surveillance schedules, maintain confidential health records, and support the EHW team in delivering effective employee health services.
Data Management & Reporting: Accurately input, update, and maintain health and wellbeing data, supporting trend analysis and reporting needs across the EHW function.
Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries about health programs, supporting communication and helping colleagues access health and wellbeing resources.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage both paper-based and digital record-keeping systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and EHW policies.
Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with HR, health, and safety teams to ensure a unified approach to health and wellbeing initiatives, coordinating effectively across departments.

We’d love to hear from you if you can evidence the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in Health, HR, or manufacturing environments
Strong organisational and data management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Adobe
Excellent communication skills to support EHW and site teams
