Temporary Admin Coordinator
We are seeking a Temporary Admin Coordinator for a 3–6-month period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office files and documents, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating various initiatives. This role requires excellent written communication skills and basic Excel knowledge.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and organise office files and documents efficiently.
- Handle communication via email, ensuring clear and professional written skills.
- Prepare accurate reports and presentations to support team and management.
- Utilise basic Excel skills to maintain and update spreadsheets as required.
- Coordinate initiatives, ensuring effective time management and meeting of deadlines.
