We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Administrator to join a rapidly growing gas and heating installation business with commitment to excellent customer service decades of industry experience within the management team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Ensuring customer contracts and other documentation are accurate for new and existing jobs
  • Making sure customers meet eligibility to pass for funding, collecting documentation before, during and after installations
  • Preparing quotations, liaising with customers and engineers and inputting key customer information 
  • Contacting customers to obtain any relevant additional paperwork or information.
  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers efficiently and professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Benefits:
  • £25,000 per annum
  • Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) after a 6-month probation period.
