Duties for the Logistics administrator include:-
• To provide assistance with import and export documentation as directed.• Ensure import & export logs are maintained.• Provide cover in the event of absence/staff holidays• Review and facilitate approval of freight & payment invoices.
Skills the Logistics administrator will need:-
• Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality.• Ability to work to tight deadlines• Ability to co-operate and work well as part of a team, as well as being able to work under own initiative.• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages; Word and Excel
