Benefits for the Logistics administrator include:-

Overtime - time and a half Mon-Sat and double time Sunday after 37 hours worked37 hours per week Mon to Thur 8.30-4.30. Fri 8.30-4pm (flexi-time available) 25 days holidays and 8 bank holidays5% pension2 x base salary life insurance & private healthcare

Duties for the Logistics administrator include:-

• To provide assistance with import and export documentation as directed.• Ensure import & export logs are maintained.• Provide cover in the event of absence/staff holidays• Review and facilitate approval of freight & payment invoices.

Skills the Logistics administrator will need:-

• Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality.• Ability to work to tight deadlines• Ability to co-operate and work well as part of a team, as well as being able to work under own initiative.• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages; Word and Excel
