Administrator
- Annual Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
- Location: Hybrid Wednesbury(3 days in office)
- Job Type: Full-time Mon - Friday (37.5 hours but flexible to start/finish/lunch times)
We are seeking an Administrator to join our client based in Wednesbury on a full time, permanent basis. This role is working alongside the EA and involves handling confidential information with discretion and requires high accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. The successful candidate will be comfortable with computers, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, and will be required to work on-site 3 days per week and remotely for the remaining 2 days.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Filing property leases, board minutes, and other statutory documents.
- Photocopying, scanning, and typing ad hoc letters.
- Preparing and sending emails, including annual update documentation such as modern slavery, bribery act, etc.
- Managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements, and organising meetings.
- Booking internal rooms and assisting with insurance claims.
- Sending Allianz inspection reports to SCMs and maintaining the Codes of Conduct register.
- Recording and filing Opus notifications and handling quarterly returns.
- Organising property files and sending out exit surveys.
- Following up on communications with email chasers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements.
