Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive Administrator to support our Natural Resources: Agriculture & Minerals team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Agriculture & Minerals team.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and compliance records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with client queries and communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in agriculture, minerals, or natural resources is a plus, but not essential).
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
