Our client, based in Wellingborough, are currently seeking an administrator to join their busy team.
Duties will include:
- Accurately process orders/quote for products, ensuring all specifications are met
- Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies
- Utilize software to input and track orders
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
- Maintain thorough records of all orders, revisions, and communications
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the order process
- Invoicing
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency with order processing software such as LogiKal, Business Micros, Window Designer, Business Micros or similar is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
This role is Monday - Friday and permanent.
