In this exciting role, your daily tasks will include:

* Managing new order enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department as needed.* Inputting order information accurately into our database, requiring a keen attention to detail.* Creating job sheets to facilitate efficient operations.* Matching purchase order numbers to original quotes.* Handling and accurately storing original drawings.* Scanning and entering invoice information swiftly and correctly.* Assisting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.What You'll Need:

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for effective data management.* A customer-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.* Previous experience in a reactive administrative role handling incoming queries and deadlines.* Familiarity with Sage is beneficial; however, training will be provided to the right candidate.
