Role: AdministratorLocation: Addlestone, SurreyPay: £18.49ph inclusive of holiday payHours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

This is a temporary role until June 2025, to cover an extensive workload.

You must have a DBS check to be eligible for this role.

What's involved?

• Responsible for the end to end administration process for the Planning team
• Facilitating the coordination of shutdowns
• Raising of permits
• Communicating with the client and building officers to schedule planned maintenance
• Prepare and send out requests for quotations to subcontractors
• Instruct, schedule and coordinate subcontractor visits to site
• Raise work orders in Tririga to progress work
• Triage incoming tasks to define billable and non-billable work
• Carry out Goods Receipt Note process
• Preparation, download and circulation of management reports
• Attend meetings with the shutdown team and capture meeting minutes
