Our client is a successful law firm looking for an Administrator to join their growing organisation at their site in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the wider teams
  • Manage and maintain team schedules and business records
  • Prepare, proofread and distribute internal and external communications
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering when necessary
  • Handle client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as required
  • Ensure that all procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
  • Can commute to Birmingham Business Park, Solihull
