Our lovely client is in need of a reliable Part time Administrator at their wonderful childcare setting based in Sunningdale.? This role will involve supporting the Office Manager with daily administration. This is a part time job share role. The working hours are 8am-12noon on a Monday and 8am-2pm Wednesday and ThursdayThere will need to be flexibility with these hours on occasion to meet business need. They will pay around £13 per hour for this wonderful role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage diary management, co-ordinating parent visits and dealing with enquiries
  • Manage admissions process, including applications for funding and new enquiry administration
  • Working closely with the office manager to ensure that tasks are prioritised, and customer service standards are met
  • Ensure that Health & Safety policies are fully implemented throughout the setting
  • Ensure that own work practices consider the welfare & safeguarding of each child within the nursery school

Skills Required:

  • At least one year’s proven administrative experience
  • Excellent general administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills to move between programmes such as Outlook and various web based CRM platforms
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
  • Good front of house manor when using phone and email
  • The post will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory DBS check
