Here at VIVO we are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will be supporting the Technical team at Portsdown West in Fareham.
Within a team of 3 administrators, you will be working under the Technical Services Manager to support the Technical Team with tasks such as; raising purchase orders, liaising with subcontractors and the customer, communicating with suppliers and taking minutes during meetings as necessary.
You will also be assigned 4-5 engineers who you will be responsible for scheduling works for and liaising with throughout the workday. You will also be working with the Helpdesk Team at Porton Down when necessary.

What you’ll need to do this role
You will use your previous experience within an administrative role to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines. It is highly desirable that you have previous experience in a scheduling role, preferably within facilities management or PPM/reactive works. As you will be communicating with both VIVO customers and clients, it is essential you have experience in a customer facing role.
In this role you will need to be proficient in IT packages, and it is desirable you have experience using Maximo.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
You must be a British National to be eligible for this role.
