• Quality Assurance: Maintain and update quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Health & Safety: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Environmental Compliance: Support sustainability initiatives and ensure adherence to environmental policies and procedures.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Training & Support: Coordinate training programs for staff on QHSE procedures and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in a QHSE role, ideally within the food production or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
